About Us

Advocating for Your Rights
The Overseers of Justice has been at the forefront of advocacy within the mental health, behavioral health, criminal justice, and child and youth services sectors. Our work is deeply rooted in a commitment to challenging systemic corruption and standing up for those whose voices have been silenced. We are more than legal professionals; we are passionate advocates for justice, working tirelessly to ensure that every individual receives the care, fairness, and respect they deserve.
Our mission was born out of frustration with the status quo. We grew tired of witnessing systemic abuse and injustice, where those in power are often unaccountable for their actions. While reform from within is often slow, we realized the real change must come from outside the system. Today, we are driven by a single principle: integrity vs. accountability. We fight for your rights, your integrity, and your well-being, ensuring that those who abuse their power are held accountable.
NOT FREE, BUT FAIR
Overseers of Justice is a fee-for-service LLC, which means we charge for the professional services we provide. As much as we are committed to serving our communities, we cannot operate without covering the costs required to do so effectively and sustainably.
We recognize, however, that financial hardship can be a real barrier for many. That’s why we offer flexible payment plans to help ensure that access to justice and support is not limited by financial means. Our goal is to make our services as accessible as possible without compromising quality or integrity.
In addition to our fee-based services, we gladly accept donations. These contributions are essential to advancing our mission and extending our reach to those who may not otherwise afford the help they need. Every donation—large or small—directly supports our ability to serve individuals and communities facing injustice or adversity.
Our Services & Fee Structure
At Overseers of Justice, we provide direct, hands-on support to individuals and families navigating complex systems—legal, medical, educational, and employment. Our work is rooted in advocacy, access, and accountability, and we aim to keep our services affordable and transparent.
